THE NEW ENGLAND ILG IS dedicated to promoting and supporting nondiscrimination and equal access and opportunity in the workplace. We strive to provide a forum for members to dialogue with key government officials and industry experts on topics of importance to our businesses, such as new regulations and amendments, legal and enforcement trends, compliance strategies, and the technical aspects of regulatory compliance.
The NEILG primarily consists of members who work or live in THE SIX STATES THAT MAKE UP NEW ENGLAND, however we are ALWAYS looking to expand our reach. Through membership in OUR ILG CHAPTER and attendance to ILG meetings and events, you will develop EEO and Compliance expertise and become a more valuable resource to your company.
