National Industry Liaison Group (NILG)
The National Industry Liaison Group was formed voluntarily to create a unique partnership of public and private sector cooperation to deal proactively with important social issues and reaching mutual goals. ILGs are models of cooperation which are wide-reaching.
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is an independent federal agency originally created by Congress in 1964 to enforce Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. EEOC provides a range of informational materials and assistance to individuals and entities with rights and responsibilities under EEOC-enforced laws.
Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)
The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is part of the US Department of Labor’s Employment Standards Administration. It has a national network of six Regional Offices, each with District and area offices in major metropolitan centers. The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs enforces several affirmative action laws and regulations.
